COLOR=EMOTION CHARTS

Defining Emotions

Most individuals can get "IN" with WREMS within one or two sessions. This is not the true challenge of WREMS.

The challenge is communication with the subconscious mind.

This is not something we are taught as youngsters, and in fact, such communication is usually discouraged as useless daydreaming.

We may even be told that dealing with our own emotions is dangerous, which is ludicrous, because we are born with a complete set of emotions. They are ours just as language or vision or any other mind/body process. To not take responsibility for their use is foolish. To not master our emotions is like never learning mastery of language, like never learning to read or write.

But we do not have a clue which emotion we are really feeling. This is because as a very young child, we are taught to lie about which emotion we're feeling and to cover up and suppress our real emotional reactions.

So, when you do WREMS, you will at first need a way to get the truth of what you are feeling.

Dr. Fillmore invented the COLOR=EMOTION CHARTS just for this purpose. They will enable your subconscious mind to define exactly which emotion you are experiencing, how dark or light (negative or positive) the emotion is, and how much you have yet to clear away.

USING THE COLOR=EMOTION CHARTS

There is no great trick to using the COLOR=EMOTION CHARTS. Simply look at them.

Your subconscious mind catches on instantly. It may take you a few times to learn the signals from your subconscious mind.

Each of us gets messages differently. One person may see the color in a neat frame around the image, others may have items in vivid color, or a great wash of color like a painting.

Note the color; compare it with your color chart.
Trust the message.
Remember, the subconscious mind never lies.

For example, what you thought was ANGER over a subject has a dark BLUE shade. So now you know it wasn't ANGER, but SHAME and GUILT.

This helps you understand what really happened or what the significance is in your present circumstances.
